Our current production facilities cover some 2130 m2 of workshop space.
Workshop 1 = 1680 m2
Workshop 2 = 450 m2
Fabrication capacity is currently at 85-100 tonnes per week (dependent on type of fabrication).
Inspection:-
MPI and UT inspection carried out by PCN qualified personnel.
Technical facts:-
- Maximum lift: 10 tonnes
- Number of cranes: 3 (5 tonnes each)
Surface Treatments available:-
- Shot Blasting to SA 2.5 standard
- Primer (High build/epoxy)
- Galvanizing
- Powder Coating
